To ask for help as I'm struggling

Lovely DWP just sent me a PIP review form just in time for Christmas.

I previously downloaded forms and opened in an app I can edit PDFs.

I have searched high and low and cannot find this form PIP 1043 anywhere online.

I find handwriting forms difficult due to my condition and don't have anyone with decent handwriting to fill it in for me.

I'd really like to be able to do this without having to go to citizens advice for help as I'm sure they are overburdened.

They really don't make things easy do they?

I posted in AIBU for traffic but please if anyone knows somewhere better please point me in the right direction.

Where are you op? I'd gladly fill forms in for you

Do you have a scanner, or know anyone with one?
I have scanned a form, saved it as a PDF and then edited the PDF
It takes a while but can be done.

I typed my answers into word, and got someone to write on the form 'see pg x of attached document' - could you do that?

I have always typed up the answers in Word, each question clearly labelled, so I can save a complete set of my responses (and start from these at the next review). Then print out two copies, cut one up by question and stick the answer for each onto the paper form provided.
The second printout I send as the final attachment with the other supporting evidence so they also have a complete set of responses.

Then you would just hand write on the form the basics, name, NI number etc , and tape on the longer written answers.

I went into panic mode when I couldn't find the form online. I thought I was so clever last time filling in ESA on genius sign app.
All your solutions are do able..... but just need to figure out whichever one is right for me.
