Chatting today at work about old TV etc.
I was half remembering a chat show/game show host? Who used to drive custard yellow Rolls Royce's? He died in about 1987ish. Dark hair I think. A bit of the (poor mans' ) Liberarchy (sp?) about him. Who is he?

Larry Grayson?

No I don't think it's him. This chap was shorter with maybe olive skin?

Could you be thinking of Leslie Crowther? He drove a gold Rolls Royce (but may have had others..) and died in the 90s after a few years of infirmity. Dark hair, though not exactly Liberace! I worked with him once, many years ago, and he was a lovely man, not that that's what you asked.

Magicstar1 · 19/12/2018 21:29

The only person I can think of is Leslie Crowther...he had a gold Rolls Royce.
