Posted similar threat before n since nothing has improved.... I am so utterly miserable it's unreal my daily life consists of -

Looking after 6 month ds I.e feed, change, play time, cuddles, dinner, bath n settled until dp does night time bottle then I change him n put him to bed
When he's sleeping or in walker/chair I do dishes, washing, tidy up etc

Partner sits on his phone all fucking day, comes off it to make our dinner using every bloody dish in the house leaving it for me to clean, sits on his arse all day apart from back n forth for a smoke
I sit talking to my self day in day out flicking through TV just to have some background noise

Aibu thinking I'm living the life of a single mother n looking after 2 people?? Sad

It does appear that you have a man child on your hands.

Does he work? How does he respond if you point out that xyz needs doing?

Noddyonthevoddy · 18/12/2018 15:52

Doesn't work n when asked to help or do anything it's always in a minute

FFS, he's useless. Get rid of him. Why on Earth procreate with some loser who doesn't even work? It's not like he was ever going to turn into a productive human being.

Lovely, you answered your question in your opening sentence by saying your miserable.

Such a shame but you are taking care of one baby, you certainly don't need another.

billybagpuss · 18/12/2018 16:05

Yes you deserve better. You need to have a proper chat, is he looking for work?

Noddyonthevoddy · 18/12/2018 16:06

I as does everyone in life deserve happiness! Now don't misread that n think for one second my Ds doesn't bring me happiness he makes me smile and melts my heart every day I just feel I'd be miles better off on my own

It being Xmas and all, in Die Hard, Bruce Willis calls some guy a jerkweed. I haven't got the faintest clue what a jerkweed is, but whatever it is, I'm afraid he sounds like one. As they say on Oprah, kick him to the kerb!

ilovewelshrarebit123 · 18/12/2018 16:07

Why doesn't he work?

Noddyonthevoddy · 18/12/2018 16:09

@Tony2 luv that! N sheer laziness tbh nothing stopping him at all

Why have a child with him? With someone who isn’t prepared to help support you both when you decided to have a baby? The mind boggles.
