I have piles of washing to do and am thinking of taking it to get laundered. I've never done it before so can someone tell me how it works- do thry iron and fold the clothes or just dry them? Also in Hertfordshire so how much should i expect to pay?

Dry and fold (you might be able to get them ironed at an extra charge)

Sorry, can't remember cost, even though I used one a few times when between washing machines

What a good idea! I've got a fair load too and drying them is a nightmare! I'm also interested in how expensive this would be so I'm jumping in (sorry). Also...this may seem odd... do they deal with dirty underwear? I would DIE if a stranger was looking at my dirty knickers...
