To feel guilty?

Have had to call into work sick as have had several large vomits, the last one an hour ago. I know I can’t go into work but means I have left a large workload for colleagues to pick up. I feel so guilty, but know it can’t be helped. Does anyone else have the guilt when they are ill?

I’ve had severe work anxiety lately and just feel like crap atm.

You can't help being ill.
It not nice to feel like you're letting someone down, but it would be worse if you went in and someone else caught your big.
Just think-it is what it is. And rest up!

It's better to stay at home - you could have a 24hr bug which you wouldn't want to share with them.

You would feel more guilty if you make all your colleagues sick over Xmas. Get better soon

I'm sure your workmates would prefer you to give them a big workload than a vomiting illness - especially the week before Xmas!

There's not a thing you can do about it other than curl up under your duvet. Hope you're feeling better soon!

I’m now the proud owner of antacids to stop me being sick and propanol as a lot of my symptoms are pointing to panic attacks.

Unless you are Theresa May don't sweat it Your colleague would rather do your work than catch your bug.

I feel so guilty when I'm off sick. It's horrible. It makes being sick even worse
