It's a bloody shambles. But I never knew about the mace, the vast number of different types of no confidence, the hundreds of millions of different directions the next month could take politically. How snakey and shitty politicians are to their own 'team'. It's so rigidly structured, but those structures are mostly absolutely batshit crazy.
I mean, it's interesting isn't it? I'd absolutely prefer it all to be boring and peaceful and prosperous. I voted remain. It's all a bit scary and I'm on the breadline anyway, young single parent with no wealth to speak of plus a small child, and I'm on daily medication. Just starting a career in financial services which could be on its way out. So it all sounds pretty bleak for me. But if I could watch a film which depicted no deal Britain, an apocalyptic zombie type movie, I definitely would. And I'm following politics a lot more. Is anybody else feeling this admittedly a tiny gold crumb in a meadow of cow shit silver lining?
