So, I ordered my Aldi Christmas hamper in good time.
It was despatched at the start of this month.
When it didn't appear I chased it up.
Today I've been told that it's been damaged beyond repair in transit. And they can't send me another because it's sold out. They can only send me a refund.
The thing is, when I first queried the missing hamper, I checked on the Aldi website and at the time, it wasn't yet sold out.
So if they had got their finger out five days ago, I could still have reordered.
