Help for child DWP appeal

Really hope someone can help. We have our court date for child dla refusal in a few weeks. We have looked at the paperwork the DWP have sent us and they have only sent the last two applications and not the current one. Can we attend court without the last application we filled in? We are panicking they will want to reference this and it will push our trial date back.

Hoping we are wrong.

Am I right in thinking @As2162 that you have a copy of your latest DLA application, you are just worried that the DWP hasn't included it in the bundle of documents for the Tribunal hearing?

If that's the case it would be worth trying to get hold of someone at the DWP and or otherwise you could contact the Tribunal and see if they are able to check that it's in the bundle that the Tribunal members will have.
