1st world problems here
Any ideas of a nice present for cleaner. I don't earn much more than her- and she's really lovely.
Was also thinking something small for her kids but haven't met them.

@cottonsock the cards I have received with a thankyou are the ones that make me go,
Awww that's so nice!

If you're a bit strapped for cash I'd say she'd be happy with £20. Or any amount
Some of my clients have given me a weeks wage, some £10, some a cheap box of chocolates or bottle of wine.

I charge £12 an hour I guess it depends how cheap she is.

We buy a present - last year was scent - for her, things to eat for her and her family and my husband puts money in her card. It's always gone down well. She's a treasure. She always buys us something nice too.

Our carpenters sons always get selection boxes from my parents for Christmas.

Our cleaner gets cash and usually a bottle of wine.
