To ask for a boob intervention

Sorry guys, it’s been done to death. I’m wearing a 34G which used to be fine, but the wires are digging in under my arms. I’ve got two small kids and it takes so long to get fitted it’s a bit of a nightmare. Does anyone know what size bra I should get with measurements 34.5” under bust and 43” round the bust?
Thanks and sorry!

Check out the boob or bust website. They will be able to give you an accurate measurement based on your measurements.

I didn't like the Boob or Bust measurement system - it recommended a band size 1 inch smaller than the "so tight it'll snap" measurement and a cup size of K ( I wear an H). Didn't have any faith that it would result in a bra I could comfortably wear for longer than 10 minutes.

Boob or bust says 34g, but why would it be digging in with the wire then?

I just did boob or bust after my bras started causing agony in my shoulders, wires digging in and backache. I was wearing a 36GG, it recommended a 36JJ. I ordered three bras from Curvy Kate, one 36JJ fits like a dream but the other one was massively too big. A 38HH in another style fits beautifully. It’s always a bit trial and error! But the difference is amazing - I hadn’t realised just how painful a badly fitting bra could be!

If your bras are a bit old, the band might have stretched and stopped giving support so possibly new bras in the same size would be comfortable?

Boob or bust - you may need a larger cup size?
