We live in a development of flats, and each flat has one allocated parking space.
There are 10 parking spaces for the flats, plus two visitor spots for visitors.
Next to the flats there are a few houses on the development, but these all have their own garage and parking space in front of their house.
However, one of these houses has two cars, and they don't park in their garage or in their space...they park in the two visitor spots ALL THE TIME.
It means there is never a space for actual visitors. I'm not sure why they don't use their own garage or spot.
I feel like being petty and complaining to whoever is in charge of the land.
