I am probably BU but I just want my coat!! I ordered a coat on regatta last week, it's the first thing I have bought myself since I had my baby 2 years ago so it was quite a big deal to me (I know regatta don't know this or care). It arrived last Tuesday and it was ripped all up one sleeve where the logo thingy had pulled off so I returned it Thursday last week via Hermes.
It is still sat in Hermes sorting office!! 6 days later!! I hate Hermes anyway but didn't have a choice over who I used. They won't refund my money until they have received my return. They wouldn't let me return it to a shop I had to post it. They won't do a straight exchange I have to be refunded and then rebuy the coat (which the price keeps going up and up on 
). All I want is a nice new coat and it shouldn't be this hard!! I can't even just say fuck it and buy off someone else because they have my money meanwhile I'm left cold and sad
I've never bought clothes online before is this how it always is? Why does anyone bother?
