to go to an appointment full of a cold?

I have a dietician appointment for my 12 week old baby this morning. I've been waiting since he was 4 weeks and am desperate to go to it as I'm almost certain he has a milk allergy like his sister and he screams all the time.

I am absolutely full of a cold. nose and eyes streaming, throat has been reduced to a rasp. constant sneezing. feel like death warmed up really. DS also has a cold and is really snotty. can I still go to my appointment? I'm dying to go but I kind of feel bad turning up when I look so rough! I'm worried they'll think why has she come in with all her germs. if I cancel the appointment I'm likely to have to wait another 8 weeks for another.

I'd go. It's only a cold, there are plenty of them going round at the moment!

I’d go and apologise to the dietician and be considerate when sneezing.

Hope it’s a helpful appointment.
