Things that go missing...like socks!

Why oh why is there always a spare sock with no friend.
Why do i have lots of tupperware without lids and lots of lids that dont fit the boxes?
And why do i have lots of coffee cup lids that don't fit the coffee cups. It can't just be me surely?

Teaspoons too!

We have a sock monster. It eats random socks. It's best friends eat teaspoons and lids to containers respectively. They all appear to be living rent free in my house.
I have yet to find a pest control company who deal with these critters.

I totally agree, it's annoying!!! I think for me it's usually that socks are behind radiators and tuppaware lids are not put back in the correct place and then eventually you throw away the box with no lid and then bam... you find the lid. And the cycle continues!

Also pens. I must buy a pack of biros (10 pack) once every two/three months.
Where the hell do they go?

Is a house a home with out some kind of odd sock waiting room/box/tub..

It’s weird isn’t it. Even when I moved I didn’t find any of the socks.
