Second asthma attack in less than a week

I rarely have asthma attacks. Maybe once a year. And now I've had two in about 5 days.
What is that about?

Are you sure they're asthma attacks? I've seen you on threads that you're having a tough time at the moment, could they be stress related?

Do you have inhhalers? What got rid of the first one?

How are you today, how did it go? Hope you're OK?

Allergy of some sort? Scented seasonal decor or Christmas tree or evergreens inside? Need to renew your puffers?
