Doesn’t anyone know why i can’t acess full website screens on my phone and tablet?

I’m supposed to be doing something for work and I can’t get to the links on the website to do what I need to do. The page loads up with the other stuff but not the bit I need. I have allowed pop ups. Any help would be great.

Which browser are you using? There is usually a menu option somewhere to make it force load the desktop version of the website. For example, I'm on Chrome on an android phone and the menu in the top right of the screen has an option 'Desktop site' with a checkbox. If I check it, it loads the full website.

Thanks. It’s safari on my phone and chrome on my tablet. I tried that on my tablet but didn’t work.

What happened when you tried the desktop site option on Chrome?

Nothing. I will try it again in a minute and check that’s what I definitely did.

Flash isn't supported on most mobile devices so if its interactive content that hasn't been updated in a while it may not be possible to load.

Yes it was desktop site that I checked the box. It hasn’t worked for me. Maybe it is something to do with the flash. Just weird that my phone and tablet don’t work.

On chrome tap the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner at the end of the address bar and pick the desktop site box

That is what I did @droningon. I’ve also uodated the flash player thing. A bit more comes up on the page but not enough. So strange.
