Eat a lot less.

That'll definitely work eventually.

Clarksmummy · 06/12/2018 12:43

Slimming world is quite a good fast diet 😊

EmUntitled · 06/12/2018 12:47

Eat less, exercise more. I lost half a stone on slimming world in about 3 weeks.

halfwitpicker · 06/12/2018 12:48

OK, we need more information.

How fast do you need to lose it?
How big are you?
Any restrictions? Veggie? Dairy free?

WhatWouldLeslieKnopeDo · 06/12/2018 12:48

Get pneumonia... Grin

Or eat more mindfully. Look up Susie Orbach.

Eat less

No alcohol, it’s just empty calories & makes you hungry so you consume even more

Exercise, get out running/on your bike/ sit in front of the tv on an exercise bike

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 06/12/2018 13:01

Literally keep no food in your house but protein veg- and then peppermint tea.

VforVloodyHell · 06/12/2018 13:13

Cabbage soup diet.

Its important that you Only do it for 7 days though.

I lost 10lb in those 7 days before a scheduled surgery.
I got the instructions on a leaflet from the hospital (which I no longer have) but it’s basically this

handbagsandhairdryers · 06/12/2018 13:48

I wouldn't do any weird diets I'm afraid do no cabbage diet ...although I get that I'd lose weight that way
