Was at a concert yesterday, get a call whilst I’m in the line to say that the lights on the tree had broken and that I needed to go today to the shop to exchange them on my day off, fine as everyone else was working (DP & Mum). It did interfere with my plans as I planned to wrap as I’m jammed packed during the week up until Christmas and was my only day to get my ducks in order. I figured I’d fit it in despite having no car and having to use a bus which would take longer than I’d like but I shrugged it off. Well this morning I get up and the lights are still on the tree. AIBu to be a bit miffed that they didn’t take them off for me considering a. There were 2 of them so would have been done quicker than the 45 minutes it took me this morning b. Neither of them were doing anything other than watching tv knowing I had a jammed packed day. Rant over
