National Trust welcome pack

I joined NT a couple of months back and when the application was processed our address was wrong (basically whoever did it, got the postcode wrong then just entered the number of the street that popped up on the automated system rather than check it was the same as the address on the form that was filled in at the place I joined). I called last week and asked where the cards were and they sent out new ones. They have arrived today and all I have is the two cards and a letter saying they are replacements and a very light ticking off about not losing cards as it costs them money. AIBU to actually want the welcome pack? Anyone know what's in it? Is it worth another phone call? I don't have a car sticker which I was led to believe was in the pack and I would like one.

It's likely to be a handbook ( which contains the sticker) and possibly a copy of the latest magazine and newspapers for your local region. I would definitely ring again and ask for your pack.

Thanks! I'll give them another ring

I was told that after this year they'll no longer provide NT car stickers for free parking at properties and beaches, a membership card will suffice, (apparently people used to flog them on eBay?!).

The handbook is really useful, we keep ours in the car for when the phone lets me down and I'm looking for somewhere to visit in an area we're visiting. Ask for one.
