Baby monitors

Sorry to post here but I need advice quickly.

I need a baby monitor that doesn't show the camera screen unless it is asked to.

Our baby has just gone into her own room but I think the glare from the camera is going to keep me awake more than having her i our room. I want to be able to hear her and then see her.
OH has spent a fortune on one that illuminates the room!

My Motorola one can have the sound on but screen off, or vice versa.

It's possibly the MBP853 from what I can see on Google, but not sure.

Screen off and sound on works on my BT one.

Can you still hear if you face the screen down on yours so theres no light distracting you?

My Motorola one can be sound only too just by pressing a button

We have BT 1000 model, no longer available but we can switch off the screen, it lights up when there is a noise but is off most of the time.

Do you need to see her? You could just try one that is sound only.
