I'm on a coach to the airport. The guy in front has reclined his seat right back (which I don't mind at all) but he's put his arm right in front of me!

I can be a bit weird about personal space so am wondering if feeling like I want to bite his arm is a little ott or justified?

YANBU this would drive me up the wall.

Just tap him on the shoulder and say “excuse me, would you mind moving your arm please”. It doesn’t need to be a drama if you ask. I know it’s scary but honestly, when you ask, people do move.
