Not really an AIBU but can anyone help with this issue please?
If I wanted my sister to look after my children part time but I'd need to pay her so it would effectively be her job how would I go about that as she's a family member? Thanks

Same as you would anyone else. Look at nanny pay which sorts out all pay roll etc for you you, there are plenty of other companies out there that will sort out the financial side of you don’t want that hassle.

My only word of advice is to think really carefully about this because if anything doesn’t work out it could cause issues for you as a family.
She doesn’t need to be ofsted registered if you don’t want to go down that route, nor does she need qualifications or first aid but I would seriously think about paying for her to do first aid if I were you.

Thanks for replying. I think I will probably use a company instead but it would be nice if my sister could do it
