To feel cross with my male friend

He basically just made a mini pass at me by text tonight. We had become close and I felt comfortable about that because we have a mutual friend who he knows I adore. He has multiple women who he is pursuing. I knocked it on the head immediately but now it will affect the friendship. Grrrr. Harry was right.

I'm so sorry this has happened to you.
I was kind of in the opposite situation as you. A male friend thought I was pursuing him, but I was not. He apologised but for this and other reasons, I've distenced myself from him.
You might still be able to make this friendship work, though it will take a lot of time. Are you absolutely sure he made a pass at you? (I'm not doubting you whatsoever, but sometimes there can be a misunderstanding). My situation had occurred through text conversations, which are easier to misunderstand. My friend and I would go into real specifics about how our days were going, but it turned out he was just very self-concious with his new girlfriend. Regardless, getting his side of things is important.
Have you made it very clear to him that it must NEVER happen again?
Good luck.

Ugh thats annoying. I find Harry was right most of the time.

Thanks both of you. Yeah it was a definite pass and now I haven't heard from him all day. Arghhh.
