To complain to social care

Social care have just completed an assessment which was unjust and very unedifying . They have named my DC father on the report , contacted him and sent a coy of the report to him . He is not named on the BC , refuses to pay child support and has been NC for the last five years . I believe that this is a serious safeguarding slip up . Would I be unreasonable to complain ??

How do they know who dc dad is and where did they get his address from. Do They know he is not on bc and has been NC.

I know they have a legal obligation to tell him if he’s got parental responsibility but if you’ve made it clear he doesn’t (and I assume doesn’t if he’s not named on the BC) then yes complain.

Yes they do know that . I naively provided name god knows where they obtained the rest of the details . I explicitly explained he's NC . His address was blacked out but I'm sure our details won't be when he receives it he does not need to know what's going on , where the children go to school etc.

He has no parental responsibility legally

I would contact the manager and ask for an investigation, if they were told not to give him any details then that needs to be looked into.
