Ftm n not sure if what I'm doing is right or not... DS is 6 months and upon reading Google (bad I know!) I've noticed other people's routines are completely different to ours...

DS wakes about 7/7.30am is - has a bowl of porridge which is usually 4 baby spoon fulls mixed with water

10.30 - has half n hour to an hours nap

11/11.30 - 9oz formula bottle
Nap/play time in between
4/5pm ish - 9oz bottle

7pm ish full pouche of baby dinners usually casserole or something

8/9ish bath and bed

11/12ish last 9oz bottle n sleeps through until morning

He doesn't appear hungry, passes plenty of wind (both ends) 😂 goes to the toilet regularly and is a good weight I just worry that's all

Sounds ok to me.

What parts of your routine are you questioning?

Believeitornot · 03/12/2018 09:04

He sleeps through

He’s happy

Do not question!

It’s a great routine because it works for you!

Questioning weather or not I should change the three 9oz bottles into multiple bottles during the day with less oz per feed..

But why?

As your baby shifts to solids the milk intake will change anyway - it should reduce (we reduced from about 9 months or so)

So I would wait until you’ve got through winter with all the bugs and see where you are.

YoucancallmeMasha · 03/12/2018 09:27

No perticular reason other than reading the experience of other people @Believeitornot

He's a happy and content little guy mummy just likes to worry 😂

Sounds like a good routine to me, if I was goin to say anything I would maybe reduce the 11.30 bottle and around 12.30/1 sit him down with some finger foods to play with..
But he's only 6 months there's plenty of time..
u do what works for u..
