my ex after a year of no contact has decided to tag me in a cutesy post on facebook about an inside joke we had many many years ago.

we split because of his drinking and he moved to another country. his contract is up this month and so he's going to be back in the city i live in.

i was utterly in love with him and i was left heartbroken. i dont use facebook much so never bothered to remove him.

I think it’s wise to protect yourself from what you’ve said. When you feel so strongly about someone it’s hard to handle.
