AIBU in thinking KFC "fries" now taste like thin strips of zombie flesh?

It's a fast food chain. I want fries. Crispy fries. They seem to have switched to thin chips. Soggy, floppy chips like you would get from a poor quality chip shop. They're so unenthusiastic about their own "fries" that they can't even be bothered to peel the potatoes now.

Ditch the zombie flesh KFC and bring back proper fries!

Err YABU kfc is salt laden dog shit.

Every once in a while a forget this and buy one. Disappointment in a family size bucket.

But yes the fries used to be a redeeming feature

The old fries were shit. The new fries are shit. The chicken and gravy are the food of gods!

Nobody expects fries from a fast food place to contain actual food, but at least they used to be tasty and crisp.

I AGREE @Goldenbug .. for fast food they used to be just right as crispy fries. Don't like the taste of the new ones so we won't be going back unless they change them back.

I had the misfortune to be presented with some sort of 'bucket' thing of KFC last weekend. The chips were soggy and horrible.

But I don't like McDonalds chips either they are too crispy.

Yanbu. The new fries are terrible. I will not be using KFC unless they change back to crispy fries without the bloody skin.

I like the new chips more.

Burger King chips are the best

They're supposed to be fries, not chips. Chips are made from potato and are floppy. Fries are made from a mysterious substance that goes crispy and stiff.
