To not know how to turn the baby box into a toy box

It there a way of turning the baby box into a toy box so I can use the carry handles?

Am I being really daft?

I don't see how I can without breaking it?

It has handles!? I'm using mine as a toy box in the sense that it's a box and it's full of toys....

Picture of said box with the handle holes? One inside, one outside, you can't use them, it looks like another cardboard bit between the two handles holes, which I can't get too unless I take the box apart (I think).

I can't help, I've got a Scottish baby box and it doesn't have handles. Sorry!

I think I read somewhere that they'd been forced to cover the handholds up due to... uh... less than smart people, shall we say... carrying them round with a baby in.

Take out baby...put in toys

If you need the handle spaces cut use a craft knife and then file smooth so you dont cut fingers

I've just filled mine with books and left the handles. Do you really need the handles? Could you use a Stanley knife or similar to cut through where the hole should be?
