I have many times.. Because I know full well I won't be able to type it without it being an essay, or miss something. So then I would have to start adding bits which looks like a drip feed.
So I delete the entire post and don't bother.

Or I worry I'll come across too outing.

I have too! Same reasons as you that I haven't (or I know damn well IABU) Also worried my lack of grammer skills would be torn apart!

Harrykanesrightsock · 28/11/2018 00:04

Helll yes. When I first joined many years ago I did start a couple then realised I was always unreasonable. Reflected on my dickness and became a better person..I think.

Hideandgo · 28/11/2018 00:05

Sometimes I write one out and then wipe it. I just needed to think. I actually don’t care what anyone thinks and don’t want their opinion or drama.

user1473878824 · 28/11/2018 00:05

All of mine are because I realise I’m being absolutely completely unreasonable.

MerryInthechelseahotel · 28/11/2018 00:06

No because I'm never unreasonable Wink

Princess1066 · 28/11/2018 00:08

Yes & I do it on other boards too Hmm

flirtygirl · 28/11/2018 00:10

All the time, but I think I've only ever posted one.

TheMaddHugger · 28/11/2018 00:12

I have toght of and typed up a few. Each time at the end I proof read and Go..... WTF. I don't want my extended family drama on the net.

Delete the whole fuckin mess

TheSunflower · 28/11/2018 00:12

A lot of times. Sometimes because I thought people might think I was trolling. Sometimes because the answer seemed obvious and I just wanted to rant.

GinGiminey · 28/11/2018 00:12

This is me! I drive myself mad, write it all out and then decide I’m not going to bother for one/all the reasons you have listed. Then I have feel like I have just wasted my own time 🤦🏼‍♀️.

TheMaddHugger · 28/11/2018 00:12

Even proof read I don't get it right ughhh

JustAskingForAFriend · 28/11/2018 00:19

Lol. Not just me then.
And if course like a pp. I'm never unreasonable 😉

I compose AIBUs in my head all the time and even add all the imaginary answer from all different points of view.
I've been on here long enough now to guess what responses most topics will get tbh.
Don't think I'll ever have the balls to post one though, I have zero self-esteem and would get too upset at the nasty comments.

Leeds2 · 28/11/2018 00:46

I don't, because I worry that anything vaguely interesting would be picked up by the Daily Fail. I try to stick to factual questions.

DramaAlpaca · 28/11/2018 01:33

All the time, but I never post them. I'm not much of a thread starter, and I'm not brave enough for AIBU.

If I can't sleep I write AIBU posts in my head & imagine the responses Grin

joangray38 · 28/11/2018 01:37

Don’t want to become daily fail fodder .

icouldbewrongicouldberight · 28/11/2018 01:39

Yes. Mostly because I worry it will be seen by people I don’t want to see it. Mind you, there are lots of times I have posted and then regretted it. I have lots of secrets I am dying to spill but can’t.

NopeNopeNopeNope · 28/11/2018 01:57

Yes! The person I wanted to rant about is on here so would recognise herself and it would probably make things worse.

LilLido · 28/11/2018 02:05

I did this today! Decided IWNBU and I didn't want to hear that I was. Grin Plus I don't think a 3,000 word essay would go down well with MNs

halfwitpicker · 28/11/2018 02:12

I posted twice in aibu and got royally flamed. Felt like a right fool for days and even considered flouncing Shock

ParadiseLaundry · 28/11/2018 03:08

I have too. On AIBU posters always seem to pick up on some tiny, irrelevant detail and use it as a stick to beat you with. It's not a nice place.
