What is it about this time of year that seems to make so many dog owners think they don't need to pick up after their pets anymore?!
The pavements where I live are so peppered with shit that it's impossible to avoid ploughing the pram through it. It's so disgusting and dirty, I'm sick of scraping it off my pram wheels 
If you have a dog and stop picking up after it once October arrives, why? I genuinely want to know.
