thinking at £1700 I shouldn't have a draft?!

Just that really. Paid £1700 for a new composite (Rock) door and it has a massive draft coming through where the lock keep is.

Installers were initially helpful, been back a few times fitted extra bits but the draft is still there.

They say it's normal, that air flow is to expected.

They hold the guarantee with Rock and ate saying if rock won't do anything then they will take the door away and refund £1k of the £1700.

They've scrapped the old door so no chance of having that back in.

I just want to cry :(

Do you have two sets of brush gaskets? Apparently that fixes this known issue.

I ask that like I even know what a composite door was... I Googled it.

The installers are BSing you. There should not be a draught. Dont drop it.

I have no idea about the brush gaskets but I will check thank you :)

Thanks for the reassurance Polidori - I'm on It!
