What's on your plate on this fine sunday evening? I have lamb potatoes a Yorkshire broccoli and Brussels sprouts covered in gravy 😍

(We are getting a new table delivered that's why I'm eating off this one from the sofa 😂)

Dwangelaforever they are Parmentier potatoes ☺️. I too get them from M&S and they are lush 😋. I have a pack in the freezer as well 👍.

I had butternut squash dahl, potato and spinach curry, potato and cauliflower curry and channa masala with poppadoms, rice, mango chutney and lime pickle 😋

We had slow cooker Quorn lasagne with salad and garlic bread. Just had apple crumble and custard for pudding.

Roast beef dinner as I was invited to DD2's. Otherwise it would have been toast as I live alone.

That! It is absolutely delicious, and quicker than it looks. Also makes for really tasty, zingy leftovers for lunch, so I like to make it on a Sunday and have some to take to work.

We had orange and tarragon chicken (so 80s but so delicious!) with spinach, roast potatoes and broccoli.

LokiBear do you have an idiot proof method for eggs in purgatory? Mine always turn out with undercooked whites and solid yolks.
We've had homemade burgers with salad.

Just to confirm it was cauliflower with gravy on. Also had roast potatoes behind that giant Yorkshire. No baked beans on a roast Grin
