What's on your plate on this fine sunday evening? I have lamb potatoes a Yorkshire broccoli and Brussels sprouts covered in gravy 😍

(We are getting a new table delivered that's why I'm eating off this one from the sofa 😂)

Roast chicken, garlic roast potatoes, carrots, cavolo nero, broccoli and gravy.

Sunday night is usually Full English night. So dd (17) had bacon, fried eggs, beans and toast. I’m on a diet so had heck chicken sausages, turkey rashers, fried egg whites and ww baked beans. Dh had the same as me but with the yolks in his eggs and hot buttered toast as he’s not on a diet. It’s surprisingly lush (and only 9 ww points).

Fresh mackerel fillet, roast swede, and roast tomatoes and cauliflower.

Bolognese pasta bake, with beetroot and grated carrot in the normal Bolognese sauce.

Home made bread and butter pudding with dark chocolate piece in. I have made a brandy sauce for grown ups too.

We had warm chicken salads for lunch.

I had roast pork, Yorkshires, roast potatoes, greens, carrots, parsnips, stuffing and gravy. But that was HOURS ago so I'm now feeling peckish again. Maybe a cold pork n pickle sandwich and a glass of wine?

I made a cottage pie with beef, lentils and veg. Yum. I made an extra one for the freezer .

Home made fish pie (smoked salmon, salmon, cod, prawns, boiled eggs, cheesey mash etc...) broccoli and carrots.

I make a mean fish pie.

Lamb slow cooked in coconut milk and curry powder. Sprinkled with mango, coriander and toasted coconut flakes, served with rice and flatbread

We've got meatloaf, polenta with a metric tonne of Parmesan, leeks fried up with Serrano ham and honey roast carrots. Mulled wine and mince pies for afters

Eaten it and washed up. Mushroom stroganoff, cauliflower rice and peas.

Dessert, some blackberries found in the depths of the freezer, stewed and served with creme fraiche.

We had our last roast dinner before Christmas. Chicken. Was lovely. I’ll be working up an appetite for Christmas dinner now...

@Dementedswan are they baked beans with a roast dinner?!

Rare child free night so it's fillet steak tonight with home made red wine jus!

Yes I know I like my red meat still moo-ing! Not to everyone's taste but how I like it!

I thought that too Confused, on closer inspection I think it's actually textured mash with gravy on.

Mary Berry's potato, leek and cheese pie with broccoli and cauliflower. I hadn't made it in ages and it was pure comfort food on a cold wet Sunday .

Roast belly pork and potatoes with peas :)

Long gone now as we skipped lunch due to indoor cricket, but it was peri peri chicken accompanied by an AMAZING side of stuffing with cranberries, almonds, cabbage and kale, various spices etc.

Toad in the hole made with pork, leek and blue cheese sausages served with mash, kale and onion gravy.

We had chicken ballotine with fondant potatoes, leaks, broccoli, sprouts & asparagus. Was lovely

I had a roast chicken dinner in a pub. It was quite disappointing. I want IrisApfelRocks' dinner. It looks delicious.

Pork dinner here...with nice crackling, roast potatoes Yorkshire puddings, carrots, broccoli and cabbage. I made extra roasties for Snacks later!
