Hypothetically, how quickly could we potentially complete/exchange on the house?

I went from first viewing to completion in just over three weeks, buying with a mortgage. I was recently talking to someone who had managed to buy complete quicker than that and I was gutted because I thought my experience was a record time.

Six weeks was the quickest I managed it, but the conveyancers were shit.
