To ask you for help? I can't snap out of feeling like I'm about to burst into tears

I watched a video a good hour ago now.

I can't get over the feeling it gave me. I felt an uncanny sense of empathy - The video is similar to my own life in a sense that my DC is also an only child (I presumed man in the video was too), a son.

I can't get over the feeling of wanting to burst out of a bubble, I can't stop imagining recording those tapes for my own DS, knowing I was going to die. To never see him become an amazing man.

I've linked the video in case you haven't seen. To whoever posted it, thank you and F you at the same time Sad

The message is lovely.

I watched this yesterday and cried my eyes out (just thinking about it now I'm welling up!)

It made me think of my lovey mum and how lucky I am thats she's still here on my 29th birthday tomorrow am some others don't have that.

It's a beautiful video! A good cry may help! Xxx

Vampiratequeen · 23/11/2018 11:17

I cried when I saw this too. It's a beautiful meaningful video. I have 2 kids and I can't imagine not seeing them grow up.

RoboticSealpup · 23/11/2018 11:24

I don't have the patience for watching videos. Can someone summarize in text, please?

bobstersmum · 23/11/2018 13:45

I have watched this and yes I did cry. But you need to snap out of it now op.

bobstersmum · 23/11/2018 13:46

Robotic, it would take me longer to explain than it would take you to watch, the video is approx 2 mins long.

Clareel · 23/11/2018 14:10

I lost my mum at 21 and this video really made me cry. I think it's really beautiful.

BasilFaulty · 23/11/2018 14:32

Nooope, having a wobbly day about my own mum. Got to about 5 seconds into the tape bit and had to stop.

Lovely video. Watching that and a few things in real life has just made me realise how short life is recently.
