Basically since having dd 8m ago. I had suffered with painful legs.. The joints ache like I've done 5hours in a gym and the muscles ache.
I went to doc sounded silly. Blood test showed all OK. Despite by then getting worse.
That was 2 months ago
Now.. My entire body feels achy. I hurt to get out of bed in the morning. The slightest knock to my legs causes big painful bruises. Even down to my fingers ache.
I'm constantly knackered and feel zapped of energy.
Problem is apart from bags under my tired eyes I look fine.

I walk loads(I have to push myself to do this) and avoid using car as much as I can.
If it wasn't for dd I would end up just sitting all day.. And belive me I've never ever been one to just sit around doing nothing. Even the housework has slipped ( altho I was very ott with this so its not a bad thing)

Dp does loads to help when he's here. And anything I'd ask so nothing extra he could do..

I just think they're gonna laugh me away. It's getting me down and I feel silly at the age of 30 odd feeling so shit

I'd definitely go back.
You poor thing, sounds awful Thanks

I would go to the GP and also to a nutritionist if you can - a properly qualified one. You could be severely deficient in some vitamins.

Definitely go back to GP, you shouldn't be feeling like this.

Don't know if this is relevant to you but I was unaware of the recommendation for Vit D supplementation when I had DS1 and my restless leg symptoms improved when I started taking them.

Sorry should add. I have a healthy diet. And take calcium vit d, c and iron.
But will still mention it. I'll ring them this avo for a next week apt.

You should definitely go back to the doctor. Bruising more easily than normal is one of those signs you really ought to get checked out.
