Been sat outside Aldi waiting for DP and DD to come out and a woman has tied her dogs to a rail outside (fine) but they are right outside the exit and jumping up/barking at people coming out and the leads are long enough to walk in the door. Surely you'd tie them where people can avoid them if they dont like dogs/are scared? It looks like some poor womans waiting till theyve gone to leave the shop
