So it's quite a busy fancy hairdressers ..thought I would treat myself.
My apt was at 12...got here at 11.45 and it's 13.07 and I'm still sat in my gown waiting.
She's started another client about 20 mins ago..
So I'm worrying I won't get to school on time
Aibu to be getting a bit annoyed now ?

I had a balyage done recently and no way does it look like she did this to your hair. I would definitely complain op! It's not acceptable how they treated you, and you dont even have the hair you wanted to make up for it.

You need to go back and complain bitterly! You've been absolutely robbed!

this irritates me too. When you book an appointment and organize yourself properly and then others pop in before you with no appointment and a "hair emergency" and the hairdresser runs behind.

im Guessing she rushed the process to get done faster. The hair needs time with the bleach. I asked my stylist how it worked that the hair she did first and the hair she painted an hour later came out the same. Turns out that they increase the bleach strength over the course of the balayage, but it still needs time to do its magic.

YOu need to go back in and complain and get them to redo your hair properly.

Treatment is a deep moisture hair mask that is £8 in salon services for a huge tub (probably about 20 -25 treatments) 1/2 price is still a rip off.

Hair doesn't look as if it's had long enough to process properly. I would go back and say it's not the colour you expected it to be and that it was rushed.

I was left 45 minutes once. The junior had washrf my hair and I sat for 45 minutes with dripping hair so couldn’t walk out. He kept apologising but by the time he came to cut my hair it had dried pretty much so blow drying it had little effect! He was always late and I stopped going back.
