Sex of unborn baby

Maybe I’m being daft but I’m considering booking one of those 4d scans when actually I’d be happy to just wait to see what she looks like.

I was told at 16 and 20 weeks that baby was likely a girl. We’ve since decorated and bought everything we need. I’m now 28 weeks. Is it worth booking a scan only to triple check the sex?!! In don’t have an inkling that it’s wrong at all, I just feel nervous and want to be prepared for every possible eventuality

It’s obviously not 100% as you allude to but I’d think it would be safe to assume the scan results are accurate particularly if you’ve only been told ‘girl’. I wouldn’t waste my money for this reason

If you can easily afford it and it will give you joy, go for it.
Apparently if they tell you it’s a boy from the ultrasound it’s actually more likely to be correct than if they tell you it is a girl.

what would you do differently if you found out it was a boy now though?
