Ex pays £13.44 a fortnight for 4 kids 
anyway today when checking my account i noticed that there was no payment (due today) on further investigation turns out he hasnt paid in a month! call cms who at first claim its montly payments thats why i havent received it it definitely isnt its every other week, weird that they couldnt tell that on the system, anyway when i prove that they decide to investigate it further and it turns out ex has stopped claiming benefits but theyve only realised that when i called, so now he is not claiming benefits or working and there is nothing the can be bothered to do! i dont understand how cms doesnt have more powers, especially as its a paid for service.
