Just had two men to my door trying to sell me on a switch to AvidEnergy smart meters as they're currently doing a door-to-door campaign. One was polite enough but the other was downright rude. I asked for a card or pamphlet or something so I could look them up before deciding on anything and just finished reading reviews. They seem terrible! For example one woman with two LOs left without gas/electricity for 5 days . Common theme seems to be that the customer service is terrible too.
