Anyone had to raise a complaint about how you have been unfairly treated by CMS? They made a mistake back in May over a letter 'not going out' to my ex husband. he has barely paid a fraction of what he should have this year and now they are telling me because of their mistake they are reducing my arrears from May instead of this week as his income has changed!!
