AIBU to give almost 3 year old DD age 3-5 vitamins?

DD finished her bottle of vitamin this morning. She turns 3 in two and a half weeks. AIBU to think it’s ok to buy a 3-5 year old pack of vitamins and start giving them to her now to save wasting most of a bottle of vitamins aimed at 2 year olds?

Yes it’s fine. Nothing miraculously changes the day she turns 3.

YANBU. My son was on those ones from before 2 coz he wouldn't take the liquid ones. My HV told me to just get the 3+ ones, apparently they're basically the same but because they were chewy ones they're a choking risk. But my son was fine and had them while eating breakfast and supervised so I was happy to take the risk (and had had chewy sweets by then! 🙈😂)

Yes it’s fine

Thank you all! I thought it would be, just doubted myself for a minute Blush

Absolutely seeing as she's very nearly 3. I think I started a bit earlier than that with DS as he usually measures 1 year ahead in height.

Sounds like you are a good Mama!
I didn't really start my kids on vitamins regularly until they where early teens. I wish I'd started earlier like you.

Yes we did early as the hv suggested it. Only 3 plus due to choking as others have said.

YANBU, has DS2 on these from about two as couldn’t get him to take Abidec or any other drop ones. I also gave him semi-skimmed milk from one as he wouldn’t drink full fat.
