I have a cooker from ikea it was bought 2 years ago ... last year the fan element broke, phones ikea guarantee and repaired under whirlpool great ! Two weeks ago fan element went again rang spoke to a new agent on phone booked my repair they never arrived , rang to find out what happened told no record of repair on system many apologies arranged to come out a week later.
Following week repair man arrives as specified fixes oven says don't use it for a couple of hours but will be fine.
Fast forward to this morning first time suing the oven since Friday and the same problem has occurred !!!!!
Phoned whirlpool to be told I will need to book a third day off work as they don't work weekends and are unwilling to give me a narrower time slot for repair asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no point as they wouldn't offer any alternative still insisted the manager called me back to which the person on the phone says well I'll request it but I can't guarantee he will call back....
Just flabbergasted at service or Aibu ???
