I had to call them because of a letter they sent to me.
I don't have a home phone so used my mobile.
Just got my e-bill and the 17 minute call (15 mins on hold) cost me almost £9
AIBU to think this number should be free or low charge?!
People calling this number are obviously in reciept of benefits or needing to be.
How can they justify charging them £9 for a call? 
That is 50% Of my usual bill!
