The knives are out for May, but I don't see anyone going 'Vote for me I'd make a brilliant job of it'

Europe must be pissing themselves with laughter at our shitstorm. What's next for us? Are we going to see Boris or The Moglet as PM? I despair. Aibu?

YANBU. I've never voted Tory and can't ever imagine circs where I would, but I think she's done the best she can. Would've been a shit job for anyone. Easy to chat shit when you have no skin in the game (looking at you, Boris)

I couldn't agree more. I hate the tories with a passion, but she has been given a poisoned chalice and too many people are quick to criticise. This exit has never been done before, so she's feeling her way through a bit. I actually feel sorry for her and I never thought I'd say that about a Tory!

The part that made this laugh in his interview was when he said he hasn’t even read the whole thing. Just some of it and some summaries. Wtaf

I an currently in another EU country and people here are a bit 😂and mostly 😱

she has been given a poisoned chalice and too many people are quick to criticise.

she stood to be PM after the vote, so knew that Brexit was on. She then stupidly invoked article 50 without any plan or approach on how to achieve it. Any poison in the chalice was put there by her.

araiwa · 18/11/2018 10:37

The whole thing is another example of her poor decision making.

Everyone knew it was gonna be terrible but she still chose to go for the leader position. Then she added more poison herself to the poisoned chalice.

The whole reason shes in this situation is that she thought power trumped an obvious shitshow shed have to deal with.

No sympathy

They're a complete shower who seem to get excited, call for a vote of no confidence and then all disappear when the question is asked: who would take over then. No one wants to deal with the shit storm. Loath the entire lot of them - where are the people with credibility? Running for the hills.
