Ffs food delivery fail . Now what can I do with these ingredients.. Tonight in slow cooker

Dp did a tesco order which arrived at 9.30 pm. As he's working tonight and I'm here with baby.
Amongst shopping he for some reason ordered the 'slow cooker curry.. The sachet type thing.
Ive just looked and it says add chicken, onion, spinach, potatoes and red pepper.
Tesco had no potatoes and substituted for jacket potatoes.. I hadn't realised dp had ordered the potatoes for the curry. So when offered substitute I thought yeah that's fine.
I wanted to get the slow cooker on stonigjt or early tomorrow so no time to get any normal spuds now.
. Would diced up baking potatoes work?

Never used these sachet things but dp said he liked sound of it. Alternatively I think I have everything in cupboard to make a tikka.

Jacket potatoes are just big potatoes, slice them up and they'll be fine.

Yeah kinda thought that but didn't want an epic disaster as I hate if I think I failed at cooking. No idea where that came from tho

Baking potatoes are the same S other potatoes, sometimes even the same variety. Just bigger and more expensive.

We got them complete wrong frozen part of our Tesco order too. Ordered Quorn nuggets and veggie burgers, ended up with Quorn burgers, a vegan falafel pizza, chips, sweet corn and Yorkshire puddings
