After years of being a BT customer, I've finally switched to Sky for Fibre broadband as half the price.
Activation was due yesterday but there's been a delay. Been trying to contact customer services to find out what's going on but no one wants to pick up the phone or answer a message via their messaging service.
In what other world would any company treat a new customer so badly?
I thought being in the 21st Century, it wouldn't be that hard to connect an internet service to my house but it appears that it might be easier to put a man on the moon!
Sky, pick up the bloody phone!
