Sky Customer Services are pants

After years of being a BT customer, I've finally switched to Sky for Fibre broadband as half the price.

Activation was due yesterday but there's been a delay. Been trying to contact customer services to find out what's going on but no one wants to pick up the phone or answer a message via their messaging service.

In what other world would any company treat a new customer so badly?

I thought being in the 21st Century, it wouldn't be that hard to connect an internet service to my house but it appears that it might be easier to put a man on the moon!

Sky, pick up the bloody phone!

Loads of companies. The bigger they are, the worse they are.
They tick the box of having a Customer service team, but then make it so difficult to get in contact, that for most people it's not worth the time.

I’ve never found Sky too bad. Sometimes I’ve had to wait a while, but I’ve apways got everything sorted in the end. Don’t get me started on Vodafone though!

In my experience Sky are quite good with freebies too, so if you’ve been inconvenienced complain and they might offer you something x

Tweet them. With all large companies they care most when others can see you complain
