Ffs, prepare rant

My fridge freezer is due to be prepared tomorrow, I was given the date on 25th Oct. They've just rang to say actually, they don't have the part so they won't be coming. The part has a 3 month wait! This would be their third time out btw for the same issue.

How old is the fridge freezer and who is the retailer? Is it the retailer you're dealing with?

It is 11 months old, was only 9 when I originally got in touch with them. It's not the retailer I don't think, it was from AO so it's the manufacturer.
