Advice on how to change a court order and AIBU to do so?

Does anyone have any advice on how to go about changing a court order?
A court order is in place after my DS's father was arrested for domestic violence and I felt he was not stable enough to have any visits with DS, we went to court and he was granted one night a week access which I agreed with as my DS needed to see his Father, recently after my DS returns home from these visits he is very unsettled, behavioural issues arise, he becomes quite violent which is not usual for him and he keeps saying he doesn't ever want to go back there. What can I do?? Help
(Please note: there is no communication between myself and DS's father due to a restraining order

Why doesn't he want to go? You need to find out the reasons

Is your dc at school?
If so, he could confide in a member of staff there and they will be obliged to follow safeguarding process.
You could approach the school and ask if dc can have counselling.

He won't say, he just keeps saying he doesn't want to go, he's 4yo and yesterday said he wants to go back in my tummy so he doesn't have to see his dad again, it broke my heart!
School have put a CAMH's referral in

It is good that the school are helping. It seems that for any concerns to be taken seriously they have to come from a source independent of the parent.
I think you should make an appointment for your child to see your gp.
Also, children under the age of 5 are still entitled to support from a health visitor.
Getting this documented in as many places as possible can only help.
